Saved me my job by finding this video. I work in a warehouse where my
hands are essential and I only had 6 weeks to recover from a boxers
fracture. I got my cast off after the 3rd week and after about a week and
a half I started getting nervous because my grip wasn’t the same. This
video really helps if you’re focused on getting your hand back to normal in
    a week or two.

I just got my hand out of a cast after suffering a boxers fracture, There
is a large lump of cartilage under the skin where the break was, is this
permanent or will this lump eventually go down? Its pretty noticeable and
    im hoping it goes away.

    Hi ..
I fell from my bike and I broke my scaphoid bone
it has been in a cast for 6 weeks the doctor said that the fracture is okay
and and it heeled he gave me a splint after the cast. and told me to wear
it for 2 weeks and after that take an x _ ray to make sure it’s okay
he told me to do some excercises but iam afraid to do them
cuz every time I try to do it feels painful and stiff
how can I deal with it ?

I must have gotten a boxers fracture but not in my pinky finger. It’s my
right ring finger. I just transitioned jobs and have NO health insurance. I
do NOT want to go to a doctor or hospital and go into THOUSANDS in debt
over this… Is there a way i can pull it back into place myself. Trust.. I
know that sounds stupid. But what on Earth do I do 🙁

Thank you so much! These exercises are helping me feel more in charge of my
injury and healing process. Sustaining any kind of injury leaves one
feeling so vulnerable, so things like this really help! Thank you!

help, I’m pretty sure I fractured some bones/tendons in my palm area also
the side area opposite of thumb.(I held a dumbell with hand gripped tightly
and hit the ground with force, so the amount of force came back to my palm,
yes really stupid) First there was swelling on palm, middle of palm, above
wrist area had red blood clot marks. I applied ice and treated with oils.
Though I have fractured the pinky knuckle a long time ago, so my hand was
already bit swell looking under pinky /palm area.. so then 3 weeks later,
after avoiding using that right hand, and ignoring the jolting pains from
the hand/palm area..swelling reduced, red mark is gone, bruise on hand
gone. But still very weak and fragile, basically had to be a lefty…I
researched that hand fractures take 4-6 week at least to heal. Then
rehab… any tips, help please I’m afraid my hand will never be back to
