    Some excellent ideas and solutions here. Knee surgery killed my main yoga
    activities in the 1970’s although I kept up with what I can. Mostly I do it
    in water! Some wonderful ideas here and I know I will watch again and see
    if, at 65, they help!

    Finally a video about knees ! I’ve got kneecaps troubles since I’m a little
    kid : I’ve had at least in my life 150 or 200 kneecaps sub-dislocations or
    completely dislocated ( I’ve learned how to put my kneecap at its place on
    my own but wow that hurts ( my worst kneecap is my left one by far : have
    less troubles with my right ) ) ! Got 2 surgeries when being a teenager but
    still have the same troubles, the kneecap still is very unstable : I’m 33
    years old btw. I had to stop playing soccer and playing loads of other
    sports because of those troubles when I was 15-16 years old. Also I’ve lost
    half of the cartilage of my left knee after indeed a kneecap dislocation
    and had 3 full syringes of blood taken out when I was 16. Also to end this
    : when I have just a little shock/impact at my knee it hurts like hell. My
    kneecaps definitely are the weakest part of my body. With all I got with my
    kneecaps, my knees especially the left one are very, very damaged. Still
    don’t know how to sort OUT those troubles for good and being able to
    practice sports again without having the fear of having my kneecaps
    dislocating again and again and again. ( I know, I’ve written that stuff on
    another video but yet )
