it depends, it could be sinus, caffeine, the lack of caffeine, stress, nuerological issues, certain medications, or just pms

lack of oxygen, caffeine withdrawal, sleep deprivation, and weather can some times cause headaches

the main course for headaches are using your eyes so straining them watching tv, playing computer, being on the pc, reading anything you have to consentrate on like driving can cause it aswell. are you getting enough sleep aswell?

    i hope i helped you ?!!!

There are so many different things that can cause a headache…..no way to pinpoint just one. In women, for instance, many of us get them during PMS (Bigtime pain!) Others, both men and women get them at times from stress, or lack of food and nutrition, or at the onset of an illness. Headaches, of course also occur with brain tumors, and aneurysms. Others get “migraine” headaches, and “stress” headaches, which, I think is basically a term doctors use to describe a headache they cannot find a cause for……have heard many suffer from those, to the point it causes nausea, and they just have to stay in bed until it eases. Headaches, of course, also can come from an injury to the head, like a concussion, or an injury to the neck. They also can come from dental problems and jaw problems. Also can come from eyestrain from reading too much, or staying at the computer too long, or the tv. Or, they can come from an eye problem that requires a doctor’s care, such as an injury to the eye, or just a change in vision that requires a new prescription for glasses. So, see your doctor, and see if he can pinpoint your particular type of headache.

headaches are caused by lack of sleep, stress, exposed too much of sunlight, loud music, and much more.

you can take medicine to help them go away or lie down. but if you want to prevent them then start thiking about what i said about the causes of headaches.
