More like, you only hear the negative stuff, because the people who like
the game and are content with it are too busy playing it to give any type
of feedback. While people who dislike the game shout it from their rooftops
all day every day so you cant help but hear those few.

In After Effects you can choose the frequency range the “Audio Spectrum”
    effect uses.

There’s an effect in After Effects called “Audio Spectrum”, which as its
name suggests, creates an audio spectrum effect, matched to the beat 😛

I don’t hate LoL, but I also don’t like it. I’ve played it before, got
bored with it, never went back to it.

tell them they just ruined one of my fav games by making it too mainstream.
    Then i can die happy.

The audio spectrum was done in After Effects, a simple white on black.
Imported them (there are 2) into Sony Vegas and made them “sparkle”.
